By accessing or using the RAI Solutions website (raisolutions.ai) and engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

RAI Solutions provides AI consulting, workflow automation, and custom AI solutions for businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins — either through our fixed-price packages or a custom proposal.

All quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

A typical engagement follows this process:

1. You submit an enquiry via our contact form or email
2. We schedule a free 20-minute discovery call
3. We provide a written scope of work and quote
4. Upon your written acceptance, work begins
5. Deliverables are provided within the agreed timeline

No work is commenced and no fees are charged until you have accepted a written proposal.

• Fixed-price services: full payment due before work begins, unless otherwise agreed
• Custom projects over $3,000: 50% deposit, 50% on completion
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
• We accept bank transfer and major credit cards

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project (reports, code, designs, copy). We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of your project.

We may reference the general nature of the work (not confidential details) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

We treat all information shared during an engagement as confidential. We will not share your business data, processes, or project details with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RAI Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

We provide our services in good faith and to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue increases, time savings) as results depend on factors outside our control.

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to address your concerns within a reasonable scope of revision. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. If work has already been completed, payment for that work remains due.
